STEPS TO ENSURE YOUR SHIPMENT

 

  • WE ASK FOR YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ALWAYS APPEARS THE SAME.

  •  CONFIRM WE HAVE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. (YOUR CARD WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PROCESS PAYMENTS WITHOUT YOU ENTERING YOUR CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS.)

  •  IF YOUR CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED WITH PENDING TRANSACTIONS, PLEASE ALLOW A FEW HOURS FOR THE CHARGE TO DISAPPEAR AS IT IS TO SHOW THE ATTEMPT BUT NOT AN ACTUAL CHARGE

PLEASE NOTE: THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT'S NOT SHIPPED TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO P.O BOXES.

 
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
 
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for all orders to be shipped out. Processing occurs during business hours Monday-Friday. Please note: If you order on a Friday after 12 pm that order will be processed on the next business day which will be Monday.)
 
SHIPPING OPTIONS
 
Express Shipping takes 2-3 Business days depending on your city and state.
 
Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your city and state
 
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your city and state
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER AND START SEEING UPDATES?


Once you have received your tracking email please allow up to 24 hours to begin seeing shipping activity. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your all folders if you have any trouble finding them, find emails from bratz.bundles.net@gmail.com (mailto:bratz.bundles.net@gmail.com) or reach out to us, BratzBundles will respond as promptly as possible.
 
MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
 
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or refunds. If there is any type of issues with your products please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always be glad to review and assist with any problems you may have.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
 
To ensure quick delivery times all orders are processed daily, so once an order is placed it cannot be altered or changed.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please keep in mind that holidays, and weekends do not count as business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. All deliveries will require a signature confirmation. Please schedule your deliveries accordingly. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.
